Credits for Everyday Care, Ready When It Matters, Someone Checks Back, For Every Family and their companion page images.

Photographs illustrate the stories. They do not depict the testimonial contributors, their families, their care encounters, or a verified Tap community. No depicted agency or organization is presented as a Tap partner or endorser.

Music

Reference-derived accompaniment — all four films

The selected soundtracks use accompaniment derived from a supplied reference film, edited to each film’s duration and mixed beneath the original testimony.

The original composition, composer and publication license remain unidentified. Publication rights for the supplied reference accompaniment have not been independently verified.

Original voices & captions

Testimony uses the contributors’ original recorded voices. For Every Family includes original Spanish and English speech. Its English captions translate the Spanish passages; its Spanish caption track preserves the source Spanish and translates the English closing statement. The other films have original English voices with Spanish caption translations.

Captioned response times, follow-up intervals and outcomes describe individual experiences, not service guarantees. Audio restoration and selected source-video enhancement were used in preparing the films.

Photography

Film photographs were cropped and adapted with photographic movement, color treatments and graphics. The people, scenes and objects in these illustrative photographs were not generated for Tap.
