Your connection, one step at a time

Start with a text.
Go from there.

1

Check your community.

Confirm your household’s eligibility and local program details. Then save Tap’s care number in your phone.

2

Tell us what is going on.

Reach out during published care hours. Start with ordinary text messages; your care team can use photos, phone or video when appropriate.

3

Understand the next step.

Get guidance, an appropriate care plan and help with follow-up. Your team will explain when you need to be seen in person.

One household. One connection.

Participating-community model

Local eligibility and terms apply. You can decline participation. Tap provides care access; it is not health insurance.

  • Care-team access during published hours, with no per-visit fee
  • Text, photos, phone and video when appropriate
  • Prescribing when clinically appropriate and pharmacy-price comparison
  • Your first eligible The Works lab panel
  • Help with follow-up and local care connections

Medicine, additional or repeat tests, imaging and outside care cost extra. Your care team includes physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.

Your family. Your hometown.

It starts with you.
It belongs to something bigger.

When a community makes everyday care easier to reach, it is building a connection for neighbors, working families and the people who keep the town moving.

Tap works alongside local doctors and clinics. And when there is an emergency, 911 is still the number to call—immediately, without waiting for a Tap reply.

Someone to ask.

A familiar starting point for an everyday medical concern.

Help moving forward.

A care conversation, practical guidance and a clearer next step.

A community connection.

Your local program brings that access within eligible households’ reach.
