We use this number to test an automated telehealth assistant for local EHR development. The texts are replies to messages a tester sends. Sometimes we also send a test follow-up.
This line is for testing only. It is not for real patients, and it does not give real medical advice. Do not send real health information. It is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911.

- Only MD Health Pathways / Tap Telehealth staff and invited testers may use this line.
- The replies come from an automated system. They are test output, not medical advice.
- Use made-up / fictional patient details only. Do not send real health information about you or anyone else.
- After reading the disclosures in our SMS invitation, you opt in by texting START to (469) 405-9015. Participation is optional, and SMS consent is not required to use other Tap services. The number of texts changes from test to test; most conversations have about 1 to 20 messages. Message frequency may vary.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We can pause or end the test line at any time.
- We can change these terms. The current version is always on this page.

Reply STOP to (469) 405-9015 at any time to stop the texts. We send one text to confirm, and then no more. Reply HELP for help.
