A useful care conversation
Have the medicine name, strength, directions, pharmacy and regular prescriber available. A bottle photo can help identify a medicine but does not verify the current regimen on its own. The clinician may need records, monitoring results or a regular-clinician follow-up plan before deciding on a refill.
